Winter Garden

I'm tired of WINTER!  It's been too cold, too wet, too cloudy and too frozen.  One winter day recently the sun broke through the gray sky for a few moments.  So Sarah Kate and  Emma made me (Marmie) a Winter garden.

First, we got out  the sidewalk chalk.

We both love to draw flowers.

It takes a lot of concentration and patience to make a winter garden.

Every line adds a bit of beauty to the final picture.

Chalk dust gets on your hands and on your clothes and it's pretty messy.

Our garden is almost finished.

At last we are all done and  have made Marmie a Winter garden.
